RETURN POLICY

If you have ordered the wrong size or the style doesn’t suit you, we gladly accept items back for a shop credit. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get the process started. The condition of the item you wish to return must be unworn and with the original tags on. All returns must be mailed back in the original packaging, to ensure the hat won’t get damaged during transit. Please note we do not return hats that have makeup on the inner band or have been visibly worn.

To initiate a return, please email your order number and reason for return to hello@westvon.ca. Regular priced merchandise may returned for a shop credit.  We do not accept refunds at this time. Shop credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any WEST VON pieces. Please allow up to 5 business days to process exchange/credit note. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees involved in the transaction. Please be sure to ship your item(s) with tracking for proof of delivery and to ensure we safely receive your package.

USA orders are FINAL SALE.  

WEST VON has the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee on any products that do not abide to our Exchange Policy.


SALE ITEMS + ORDER ISSUES 

All sale items and discounted items are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for exchange or shop credit. Sale prices can not be applied to past purchases. Please don’t ask, it’s super awkward! Additional discount codes cannot be applied to sales and orders will be refunded if promo codes are used during sale times.

Please note that any order {not including special sale times} may only be cancelled within 24hrs of purchasing. We cannot cancel orders after 24hrs. We are not responsible for covering shipping charges for wrong addresses or rerouted packages. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a one year warranty on all hats and leather goods. If there is a concern with an item, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Seasonal Sales

All items are final sale. One code per order. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled, modified or combined once they are placed. Discount cannot be applied to past orders. Sale prices will not be added to past purchases. New released collections are not included in big sales.

  We always quality check each item before it leaves us. However, if there is an issue with your order or you have received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us at hello@westvon.ca and we will be happy to assist you!

All of our hat are handcrafted and original. We do not consider things such as wool colour flecks, different texture of wool or characteristics on leather bands as defects, but simply the natural uniqueness of each hat.
