Please note that we are now shipping all orders via courier such as FexEx, UPS and Canpar. Only PO Box and remote area orders will ship via Canada post at this time. You can expect your order to ship within 2-7 days. Please note that during busy times (such as launches and holidays), it could take 5-12 days to ship. Thank you for your patience, as we are a small team packing your orders! The standard shipping rate within Canada is flat rate $18 and free on orders $200+ before taxes. Free shipping will not be active during big sale days. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping notification e-mail. You can expect your order within 5-10 business days, once it has shipped. Please note that during busy shipping times throughout the year, it may take a little longer to receive. WEST VON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped. You will need to contact the shipping provider with your tracking information for any questions regarding your package.

We ship the USA via UPS. The flat rate shipping for all USA orders is $26 CAD. This is approx. $21 USD. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping notification. Once your order has shipped, you can expect to see it within 5-10 business days. Due to border crossing/customs, your package could be delayed. Shipping rates to the USA do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your USA destination. WEST VON cannot estimate the fees associated with these charges as they are levied by your local customs authorities. WEST VON is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages.
